Srujana Karlapalem is an experienced primary care provider practicing in the Seattle area since 2011. She holds an MBBS from Gandhi Medical College and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Washington. She has worked in several outpatient settings including Neighborcare Health, HealthPoint, Evergreen Emergency Services, and Providence Medical Group.
Apart from primary care, she is passionate about women's health, teen mental health, and lifestyle medicine.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Crystal Chiu is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who brings a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to ALLCARE Medical Clinic. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Yale University, and holds a BSN from New York University and a BS in Health Science from Stony Brook University.
Prior to advanced practice, she served as an Operating Room Staff Nurse and Lead Anesthesia Technician at NYU Langone Health. Her training spans primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, and specialty clinics.
